Count rows per value in field.

Hi, Community.

I am facing the following challenge and I hope you are able to help me. My data set contains a column that on a field could contain various values.

What I want to achieve is to have a measure that counts every time a country appear listed in the Country column. Ex:

Lebanon 2

Pakistan 2

Saudi Arabia 1

Algeria 1

Burkina Faso 1 

Cameroon 1

etc.

Have you encountered this? Any recommendations?
