Count decreases by increment amount and and last week's value cannot be calculated

Hello, I tried to make a measure.
I am trying to find the target and actual measurements by counting the dates in a certain range as burn down.
But I miscalculated the realised column. actually I needed to make a calculation like in the red box. and I'm trying to max-realize using the realized data of the previous week, as in the area shown with the green lines.

"Red line area = max - release"
