Converting a filter measure from including only certain rows to excluding that same row only

Hi all, 

I am not very good at explaining my situation but I will try to keep it simple. I have a measure that currently functions properly but now I want to convert it so that it filters OUT a certain row. Right now the measure includes only rows with "Well". Is there a way I can make it include all EXCEPT "Well"?
