Converting Tableau measure to Power bi

I am new to power bi and I need help with converting this Tableau measure to Power bi. This is the Tableau measure

COUNTD(if ISNULL([EmployeeTerminationDate])=FALSE
and [Fiscal Year]=[FiscalYearNumber (tbl Calendar)]
and [Fiscal Week]=[Term Week]
then [EmployeeJDENumber] else null end)
