Convert a text value to a numeric vale

Hi all  I have a column type text that contains numbers and text : I want to apply the follwoing script :  when I apply this I get the follwoing message :  I treid to use convert , but...

try replacing the last line with:

A1&"+"&A2&"+"&A3

    By doing that, numbere will only concat beaside each other , but not calcualted .. 
    The resulted A1 , A2 and A3 are numeric values exsist in a text table
