1. Create calculated column.
conversao = var _Index=CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Count]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Index]=EARLIER('Table'[Index]))) var _Index1=CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Count]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Index]=EARLIER('Table'[Index])-1)) var _Index2=CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Count]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Index]=EARLIER('Table'[Index])-2)) return IF('Table'[Index] in {7,9},DIVIDE(_Index,_Index2),DIVIDE(_Index,_Index1))2. Result:
