If you want to see the result by week, then add the week number in the column of the matrix table.

is it possible slicer act individually. For ex:

1. If I select week then it should week wise data in both the table 

2. If I select date range it should date wise data in both the table.

If I select particular week(Week Num Slicer) date range slicer is not working. If I select date range slicer I should get data from 01-11-2022 to 22-12-2022(as per selection).

is it possible that Slicer work independently?

@Chandrashekar Yes, you need to unfilter both tables.
Click on the WeekNum slicer, go to the Format tab, and click Change Interactions
Do the same for the Date Slicer
