Conditionally format Matrix visual row by row

Hi

 

I require a DAX function so that I can conditionally format the power bi matrix visual below by row level.  Using a gradient if possible . The standard built in condition formats the whole matrix

    cottrera , You can not format row/column. You can only format values.

     

    So repeat the same logic for all values/measures
