Conditional formatting standard deviation

Hello,

I have a monthly productivity report for staff.  In excel, I conditional format each month based upon standard deviation -1,-2, +1,+2 to see who is the most productive per month. This is done by color, red, green, black, white, purple.

This is done each month because the monthly productivity shifts (less days working, system downtime, etc).  How do I do this in Power BI?   I go to Conditional formatting for each month and select backgroud. I select standard deviation but it does not gradient the colors.   Conditional Formatting counts and sum work but not ST. Dev.   My version of BI is June 2021 so it may be out of date. Any guidance would be appreciated.
