Hi,
I have a forecast waterfall report below. Can anyone please help me with a measure which I can use to condition format the red lines. Red lines are actual demand and the not coloured values are the forecast. So I need this formatting to work in a step to differenciate the actual demand and forecast.
Thanks,

@ddayanand - Please check this PBIX file with some dummy data on your giving datasets. Let me know if this solution works for you. I've created conditional formatting by background color. you can use font color. But if you are looking for an underline, maybe check out the calculation group option. I'd did post a while ago on LinkedIn. I am sending you the link for your reference.

hi @ddayanand
could you also provide a simplified dataset for the needed conditionally formatted matrix?
I have two tables
1. item code, global planner code, region, snapshot date and a calculated measure giving the concensus forecast
2. Calendar table (diplayed in the column)
