Conditional format the legend colors in Ribbon chart

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to assign colors to the ribbons in the Ribbons chart based on conditional formatting.

So, I am able to manually assign colors to the legend values under the "Column" option of the formatting pane, however there is no option of applying conditional format. 

There is a column called "Company", so in the slicer if i select a value from Company column then that value should be assigned a color lets say green in the ribbon chart and all other values from the "Company column" must be assigned grey color. 

I have added Company column in the legend within Ribbon chart.
