Comparing Snapshots current year vs Last year
Hello Experts,
I am trying to Compare Snapshot dates current vs the previous year.
I used SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR and DATAADD but my measure result is blank although there is data for the previous year.
The date table has 2 dates for each month due to snapshots biweekly.
Any suggestions or thoughts ...

Anonymous , Make sure you are using date table marked as date date with all dates and correct join
example
Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.
