Comparing 2 tables best practice

Hi guys

I have a 2 tables to compare (excel source)

I have an idea what to do with it😎, but I thought maybe you have better/faster way of comparing 2 tables:

1. 2 tables - there is common  ID column ( may happen that one table has more rows tho)
Is lookup option would be better or merge?

2. column names are different ( I have a key in excel ).
Should I renemed them in bulk or there is  way to create 3rd table and use it as a reference.

3. Values in 1 table can be YES NO, in table 2 TRUE FALSE

You recommnend to rename them in power query beforhand or perhaps is more clever way to do it.

Thanks in advance  for any ideas

@MasterSonic Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
