Combine columns into a new one

Hi all,

 

I am tryin got combine multiple columns into 1. To be clear here is what I am trying to do:

this is my current table:

ResourceProject AProject BProject CProject D
R12 1 
R2 3  
R3  9 
R44   
R5 5 6
R6    
R73   

I am trying to create the following table:

ResourceProjectHours
R1Project A2
R1Project C1
R2Project B3
R3Project C9
R4Project A4
R5Project B5
R5Project D6
R6  
R7Project A3
