Column Slicer

Hello All,

 I have source table like below, 

I would have  slicer  Appt_date, Check_In_Date, check_Out_Date   which will  show me data in the same tale based on selected value. 

like  here currently based on Check_In_Date

 

 

 Is that possible?

    In PBI almost everything is possible (one thing that's not possible is a recursive calculation)... but one has to correctly model the data and properly define the measures.

      Recursive calculations are possible with List.Accumulate in query, but it is tricky to use and it probably isn't very performant on large datasets (but I haven't tried).  However, I agree it is much better to make a model that doesn't need it.

        mahoneypat, I'm talking about DAX, not about M. In M you can do anything. It's a fully-featured functional language.
