Color formatting with 3 conditions

Hello,

I need to apply the formatting background of column 2 in Table visual with 3 different conditions : 

Column 1	Column 2	Column 3	Column 4
4	2	3	8
5	7	4	2
4	4	2	2

Condition 1 : Column 2 = Column 1  : no color

Condition 2 : Column 2 > Column 1 : Red

Condition : Column 3 > Column 4 : Orange
