Circular Dependency from nothing

Hello, can anyone explain me why this happen? Blank file with only those data.

    Hi Anonymous 
    The column Rank is part of the table ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[ID] )
    I think you mean 

    Rank =
RANKX (
    CALCULATETABLE ( 'Table', ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[ID] ) ),
    'Table'[Date]
)
