Cannot type the formula while creating new measure

Can anyone let me know why there is no text field available to enter the formula. Apologies, i am learning Power BI and not sure what is not enabled in Power Pivot.

@Anonymous , is this power bi report builder? I have not seen this in power bi desktop .

Hi Amit,
 
I am trying this in excel while learning Power Query and Power Pivot.  I am trying to create Explicit Measures 
Under Power Pivot>Measures>New Measures,
we have this option and i don't get the option to type the message similar to what i see in videos on internet.
