Calculation error in Power BI

Hello.  I am learning Power BI and I created a new measure

Avg By Pad = CALCULATE(AVERAGE(Master[Completion AFE]),Master[PAD])
and this is the error that I got in return.  Can someone help me understand how to fix this.

    Hi,

     

    1. your column Master[Completion AFE]) must contains only Numbers.

    2. Master[PAD] si not a filter expression.

     

    A filter expression is a syntax that need to return True or false.
