Calculation Across a Matrix

I am trying to do a calculation where it shows a trending arrow in a new column for each of the values (Total Alerts, # Passed, Etc.) comparing the most recent month to a rolling previous 3 month average. Is this possible? I cannot find anything online about this and have not figured out it playing in Power BI.
