Calculating ratio between gender salaries

I would like to obtain the results you see in this table, and my data looks like this:  

gender	gross_yearly_salary_eur
M	22000
F	96444
M	7444
M	66423
M	12579
M	99541

Can anybody help me find a proper DAX measure to do this?

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.

Hey, sorry for not making this clear at first. In the first table there's basically the company name in the rows, whereas on the columns you can find the year divided by seniority.
