Calculated column with negative values.

Hi folks,
I'm having some issues in getting the correct result for the Net Strategic Value in my PBI table.
It's the calculated column below. The result should be as shown in the excel sheet. In PBI I'm getting a high value, what can I do to have a low value for negative numbers?

Net Surplus Sale Strategic Value =
var Max_value = MAX(Costs[Net Surplus Generated from Sale])
var Min_Value = MIN(Costs[Net Surplus Generated from Sale])
return ((Costs[Net Surplus Generated from Sale]-Min_Value) / (Max_value- Min_Value))*100

Thank you!

    Did you check the aggregation of this column in the visual?

      Hi VahidDM thanks for your reply.

      It's a SUM.

    Hi  Anonymous ,

    You might consider using measure:

    Net Surplus Sale Strategic Value =
    var Max_value = MAXX(FILTER(ALL(Costs),'Costs'[UPRN]=MAX('Costs'[UPRN])),[Net Surplus Generated from Sale])
    var Min_Value = MINX(FILTER(ALL(Costs),'Costs'[UPRN]=MAX('Costs'[UPRN])),[Net Surplus Generated from Sale])
    return
    ((MAX( Costs[Net Surplus Generated from Sale])-Min_Value) / (Max_value- Min_Value))*100

    If the result is not what you expected, can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you

    Best Regards,
