Calculated column subtract values

Dear all, i want to have a calculated coulmn called diff. Here i want to substract the value for each Cat -100 (actually the value from Car OEE100. But can be also use a constant if easier. Like Ca...

Thx for the reply. But for row 2 i need value -38 since 62-100 is the substraction.
