Calculated column repeats value until it is updated

Hi,   I'd like a calculated column that repeats the last given value until it is updated. See below for an example.  Many thanks for your help.

    Fixed it, just needed to change MINX to MAXX.

Hi Greg, thanks for your reply.

 

Unfortunately it is repeating the first value found rather than updating them weekly, see below
