Calculated Column that adds 0,05 when it encounters rows with same values

Hi,

Could you please help me with creating a calculated column (i hope that is the correct tool to use) that looks at a column in my table and each time there are two or more of same values, it adds 0,05?

I have multiple rows with value 0, multiple with 1, multiple with 2, 3, 4. I would like it to keep the first row with 0 a 0 and then make the second 0.5, the third 0.1 etc. and the same with other numbers.

I hope my question is clear, this is very strange logic for me.

Thank you!

Michael

I need those values to show dots on scatterchart, so im afraid that it needs to be a column. Or would it work with measure as well?

Unless you need to use the values as a legend on on an axis, I would do a measure instead of a column (unless the performance is very bad as a measure). This is doable, but what calculation will you do with the column once you have it. I'm just thinking there may be an easier way to get there.
