Calculate what if parameter input based off of another parameter input

I am building out a tool to basically calculate a work load based on a what if parameter input. I am wanting to have another what if parameter calculate based off the value in the first what if parameter and vice versa. SO the end result would be you can either input a value in parameter A or Parameter B and which ever one you don't directly key into will change based on the other. I feel like that was terribly explained but maybe you can figure out what I'm getting at. If so, any documentation I can reference to try and figure out how to put this into my tool? Thanks for even taking time to read this!

@Anonymous , if you want to control the range of the second what-if parameter based on the first one I doubt that is possible.

but if want to compare take some decision with both these , that is possible.
