Calculate average with filter

Hello everybody, i need to calculate an average

but i have to calculate the averagex with the despatch's quantity, for example, in brasil "Suma total de las etapas" = 157, and i have 21 despatch of this, i have to do 157/21 with each market. in case of chile will be 75/5.

    Hi Anonymous 

    I don't think AVERAGE function ignores blank rows. However if it does you can divide the SUM over the COUNTROWS of the table
