CYYDDD conversion to calendar date

I am not able to convert the CYYDDD julian date to calendar date.

Can anybody help?

assuming dates are in the 2000 +
Date =
DATE ( 2000 + VALUE ( LEFT ( 'Table'[JD], 2 ) ), 1, 1 )
+ VALUE ( RIGHT ( 'Table'[JD], 3 ) )
