CALCULATETABLE VALUES with more than one filter

I have two tables 'Data' and 'Input'. I am tryng to lookup value for Account and Scenario in 'Data' table from 'Input' tables. In 'Input' table scenario is arranged in columns. How can i use a lookup function to retrive data based on row values from table 'Data'?

e..g Row 5
