Hi @PBrainNWH - Sorry,
can you try either sameperiodlastyear or parallelperiod function from dax
Below logic i am sharing with Paralleperiod function.
GiftsLastFY =
CALCULATE(
[Total Gifts],
DATESYTD(
PARALLELPERIOD(Opportunity[CloseDate], -1, YEAR),
"6/30"
)
)

Hi @PBrainNWH Create a measure that calculates the total gifts for the last fiscal year.
Create below measure and check:
GiftsLastFY =
CALCULATE(
[Total Gifts],
DATESBETWEEN(
Opportunity[CloseDate],
DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-1, 7, 1),
DATE(YEAR(TODAY()), 6, 30)
)
)
assuming FY ends with June.

Thank you for replying.
The calculation GiftsLastFY is giving me the total for every day of the last fiscal year. I'm testing on one record and they have one $10,000 gift in last fiscal year.
