Binomial Distribution

How would I create a pseudo Binomial Distribution with DAX code? I have my standard deviation and my mean, I just have too small of a sample size to use the Normal Distribution, and I know that a Normal Hypothesis Test can be approximated for small sample sizes with a Binomial Test.
