I want to correct something. 

A filter is showing 65.1% when you use timeline as filter but it does not work for anaother one. how can I do it. ?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Not sure if this will help. You could use AVERAGEX instead of SUMX but too little information to be certain.
