Automatic value for Y axis based on the maximum value of customer sales and each quarter.

When I calcualte the maximum value of customer sales for Y axis,

The formula is maxx(values(customer), [value])

but when I calcualte the maximum value of customer sales per quarter for Y axis,

how can i consider the two parameters from the calculation? thanks.
