Ask About Cumipmt function (having different Start and End Period)

Hello Everyone and @ImkeF,

I would like to ask about CUMIPMT functions. Is it possible to create CUMIPMT function but at the certain period? File Attached here

If the CUMIPMT function is having the same period (start and end period) , i've got a formula which i got from this topic

and using helper function to apply in 'New Column' in PowerBI (thanks to @ImkeF )

But, if it's different, for some reason i can't use this formula because it doesn't create the exact amount of Cof In progress. (CoF means Cost of Fund)

Is there anyone can help me to figure out this formula?
