All data from order backlog until different points in time

Hey folks,   I have a little issue with my DAX Measures.   I need several measures that calculate the totals of the order backlog up to certain points in time and output them accordingly in a car...

    I don't understand your data.  Can you please explain?  What is the significance of the Requested Shipping Date?
