    So you are creating a new calculated column. Did you try

    Desired_Output = Tablename[Column_Name] +10

Sir As Per Your Answer I Have To Create A Calculated Column, Is It Not Possible To Do It Using Measure?

It depends on how your visual look like. In general you may try

Desired_Output = DATEADD ( MAX ( Tablename[Column_Name] ), +10, DAY)
