AVG TENURE IN YEARS

Hi,

i have measure for this avg tenure question is is this the right way on how to AVG this tenure 

measure:

 

AVG Tenure days:=
"AVG " & CALCULATE(FORMAT(AVERAGEX(
VALUES(vw_Employee_Attrition[biometric id]),
CALCULATE(AVERAGE(vw_Employee_Attrition[Active Tenure year]))

active tenure year 

= DATEDIFF(vw_Employee_Attrition[Hire Date],TODAY(),YEAR)

    Are you only looking at the tenure of those who are still employed in the company?, if not, then you would need to identify leavers, and if it is a leaver then calculate date diff not versus today but the exit date and if it is an active headcount then tenure will be calculated the way you did.
