Vertical line chart

Hello,

 

I would like to display some geophysical data collected from drillholes (from the top to the bottome of the hole).
I'm surprised that there is only a horizontal line chart tool available and no vertical chart as well.
Would anyone know how I could go about creating such a chart? I've attached an image as an example.
