Scatter with straight lines and markers (just like excel!)

I like to use scatter charts for different financial performance indicators over time and was surprised to find that lacking in PowerBI. Without it, I cannot accomplish charts like this one for example

y axis = y/y sales (calculated for 12 rolling months)
x axis = profit margin (calculated for 12 rolling months)
for some different countries/categories/products etc. Here for 3 nordic countries.

Preferably possible to show as country flags or similar in the case of country data. And to highlight the last month calculated of the 12.

This is just one of my use cases for scatter charts with lines to accomplish a 2-factor view over time for multiple segments.
