Resource Allocation Table on Power BI

Hi guys!

I need help with creating a table on Power BI which show the allocation of resources on each project. The problem is: each stakeholder could be on multiple projects, therefore I count the total no. of projects each person has on his/her plate.

But when I select a particular stakeholder 'Name K', the table below will show all the projects in the portfolio to me withouting only filtering what projects 'Name K' have on his plate. For example, for Name K, I would like to see in the table Project A, B, D, E and F with a yes only whereas Project C will disappear as Name K is not allocated on that project.

Is there a way the table can only show the specific projects for each person? Or are there any other visual presentation you would suggest to me?

Really appreciate your help and advice! 🙏
