Radar chart 2.0.2 additions

I would like to request additions to this visual.

 

1 - display values on radar visual.

currently no values display on the visual making it difficult to determine the values.

 

2- scale of chart

I've noticed that the position of points on the chart move between filters making it difficult to determine value. I would like a setting to ensure that for example a value of 1 always stays in the same position.
