Power KPI visual - European Date format

Please allow European Date Format in the Power KPI visual!

Showing 9-1-2017 as date in the KPI will only make sense to Americans. We need an option to display it as 1-9-2017.

Power KPI 1.3.0 supports custom date formats now.

Date fromat can be specified by using Format Panel -> KPI Date Value -> Format (the same for tooltips Format Panel -> Tooltip Label -> Format).
