Payback Combined Chart in Excel

To whom it may concern, I made this combined chart in Excel to represent Payback, which is pretty straight foward, but I cannot get anything like it in Power BI. The data has more columns, from which I only use one of those as the Bar, these data shown is for the Areas. There are also several more rows of data, but they are all grouped by Flow Type Field. If you could help me out, suggest a solution, or summit it as an idea, I would appreciate it.
