Highlighted Value in the Visual tooltip also as a percentage

Visuals, such as the bar chart, show the highlighted count in the tooltip when there is a filter applied. The highlighted count as a percentage of the bar would be useful for communicating relative changes, especially when the end-user has a number of filters to play with, which makes DAX coding complicated.
