Expand on different levels of the hierarchy

It would be nice for the mattrix visual (and other visuals for that matter) to allow building your own expanding through the hierarchies. So instead of just being able to "expand all down one level in the hierarchy", which means fixed and thoughtful order on the rows/columns used when building the visual, the order of the rows would not limit how hierarchies would appear and be combined.

e.g.

If you want to build a mattrix where you are analyzing sales for these fields:

You can only:

"drill down"JR184900_1-1666803019935.png

"go to the next level"JR184900_2-1666803038960.png

"expand all down one level"JR184900_3-1666803076850.png

Which means "Location" can only combine directly with "Day", because its the next level, and then with "Day and Product" (on this order).

However, it also makes sense to analyze sales by:

- "Location and Product"

- "Location and Product Type"

- "Day and Product Type"

and even

- "Product Type and Location"

So it would be great to personalize how the hierarchies appear, define their order and combination within the visual, instead of having to built different visuals with the same data just because we want different levels of insights.

So I would think, adding a new icon with "Personalized Expansion" (or something like this).
