Desktop or Service Refresh Finishing Alert

I have a dataset that needs three hours to refresh online and two ones using desktop.

I have also multiple scheduled dataflows that need hours to complete.

I'd like to have:

- in desktop: an option for a "continuous sound alert" when refresh is finished.

- in service (dataset and dataflow): in "Scheduled Refresh" section an option to send owner an email when refresh is finished.
