The current visuals work for a more generic approach Announcing Report Commenting for Power BI Service and Mobile when adding comments and works well. However comments need to have clear actions and dates to support strategic decisions to monitor success and failure.
I have seen different ways of building this idea Zebrabi using PowerApps but would rather it was built into PowerBi by extending the current comments functionality to give that closed loop bringing a more rounded solution.
I belive this would set PowerBi apart from many competitors and bring more insight to how data is used in any organisation into a central point.
