Changelog in reports for desktop PBI

Hi,

Firstly, I want to explain my problem. In our dept where are a lot of employees, who works with reports. But only
I supporting BI-reports. Sometimes it's really hard to find new changes in file. 

So, I want to talk about some change list inside a report. Sometimes this changes are significant, I understand it. But it's well to know - who published the report last, what filters or measures did he add
and what pages the user worked on. Username in log could be a OnMicrosoft-account.

So, what you can talk about my case?Does anyone run into the same problem?

Till then I will enter the data manually in table and I will create a new hidden page with table to view the changes
