Add an 'on date' option to the date slicer with a calendar selection

When using a date slicer there is an option to select "between", "before" and "after" and select using a calendar.

There is no option to have an "on date" option and select using a calendar. Instead users must filter the date using either the dropdown, list or the filter panel. All of these have navigation and usability drawbacks.

This request is to add an option to the list of date selections called "on date" that presents a single date field with a calendar.
