(report tab) tooltip for pictures

Hello, for all the visual we have the tooltip option, where you can choose a specific report page to show as soon as the user over with the mouse that specific viz. I would like to have the same option, but for pictures! Business case: I thought to put some pictures in the report (like an info point) and when you over with the mouse you see some info stored in a tooltip tab. Info are not costants, they may change, depending on report level filters applied.
